Thoughtfully packed, on its way to you

We prepare in-stock orders within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping rates and delivery

Available shipping services, charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Once your order ships, we will send shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Made-to-order clothing

Items in The Rooted Collection are made to order by our production partners. Production and delivery timing may differ from our 2–4 business day preparation window for in-stock items. Check the product details or contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date. Items fulfilled separately may arrive in more than one package.

Address changes and delivery concerns

Please check your address before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after an order enters production or ships. If tracking is delayed or your parcel has not arrived, email earthboundwhispers@gmail.com with your order number so we can help investigate.

Damage or an incorrect item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue. We will help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
