Refund policy

Returns within 14 days

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn where applicable, and in their original packaging with the included components. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Start a return

Email earthboundwhispers@gmail.com before sending an item back. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send returns directly to a production partner or supplier.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the buyer pays return postage. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law. We recommend retaining your postage receipt and tracking details.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and issue. We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Contact us before returning a damaged or incorrect item so we can give you the right instructions.

Refunds

After an approved return arrives, we will inspect it and email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Natural variations

Natural stones vary in color, markings, pattern, and shape. Product photographs and descriptions explain whether you are purchasing an exact piece or an example of a stone type. Natural variations described in a listing are part of the stone’s character.
