Product Safety & Responsible Use
CHOKING HAZARD — CHILDREN & PETS
Crystals, stone chips, beads, bracelet parts, loose fragments, and small decorations can cause choking, serious injury, or death if swallowed or inhaled. Keep them out of reach of young children and pets, including dogs. These items are not toys, teethers, or chew toys.
We love our little Whispers and the next generation discovering crystals. An adult must actively supervise any age-appropriate experience at all times. Supervision does not make small parts safe for babies, toddlers, or children who may put objects in their mouths. Do not let children or pets mouth, chew, or swallow stones or packaging. Store these items securely after use and collect broken pieces immediately.
Candle fire, hot tin & hot wax warnings
BURN HAZARD: Candle tins, containers, lids, and nearby surfaces can become hot enough to cause burns during use and remain hot after the flame is extinguished. Do not touch or move a burning candle or one containing hot wax. Allow the entire candle, tin, and wax to cool completely before handling.
Keep candles well back from counter, table, and shelf edges, out of children's and pets' reach. A child or pet could pull or knock a candle down, spilling hot wax onto the face or body and causing severe burns. Never place a candle on a tablecloth, runner, or other material a child or pet could pull.
Only a responsible adult should light and manage candles. Never leave a burning candle unattended, including while sleeping or leaving the room. Keep children away from flames, hot containers, and cooling wax; adult supervision is required and does not replace keeping candles out of reach.
- Use a level, stable, heat-resistant surface and a suitable holder. Keep away from drafts and anything that can catch fire, including packaging, twine, greenery, curtains, and bedding. Maintain at least 12 inches of clearance from combustible materials.
- Remove all packaging before lighting. Follow the candle's label, including wick trimming, maximum burn time, and stopping point. Unless the label is stricter, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before use and stop with 1/2 inch of wax remaining.
- Extinguish if the flame becomes unusually high, the container is damaged, or decorations approach the flame. Do not add oils, herbs, stones, or other objects to the wax.
- Never use water to extinguish a candle. Confirm the flame is fully out. Let everything cool before touching, moving, or relighting.
Dried flowers & crystals in candles
Decorative botanicals can ignite. Remove dried flowers, greenery, crystals, and other removable decorations before lighting. If embedded decorations cannot be removed safely, do not burn the candle; use it as an unlit decorative item. Do not dig into wax or damage the wick or container to remove decorations. Contact us before use if unsure. Crystals may become very hot and can crack with heat. Never handle them while hot. Dried flowers, herbs, wax, and candle decorations are NOT EDIBLE. DO NOT EAT OR COOK WITH THEM.
Packaging: twine, greenery & small decorations
Packaging is decorative only, not a toy or food. Twine, string, ribbons, and loops present entanglement and strangulation hazards; loose pieces and small decorations can cause choking. Keep all packaging away from children and pets. Remove packaging promptly, cut loops before disposal, and dispose of it securely. Do not let pets chew or swallow string. Greenery, dried flowers, moss, and other botanical packaging are not edible: do not eat, brew, cook with, or feed them to animals. Keep packaging away from candles and heat.
Crystals, bracelets & safe displays
CHOKING HAZARD: Bracelets may break and release small beads. Check for damaged elastic, loose beads, cracks, and sharp edges before use; stop using damaged items. Keep bracelets and loose stones away from young children and pets.
Place heavy crystals on low, stable surfaces capable of supporting their weight. Secure displays against tipping or falling. Do not balance heavy stones on high shelves, near edges, or above beds, cribs, play spaces, or pet resting areas. Keep sharp points and broken pieces away from children and animals. Do not put stones in drinking water or food.
External use only — not for consumption
Crystals, jewelry, ritual items, candles, decorative botanicals, and packaging are for external or decorative use only. Do not ingest, lick, chew, brew, or cook with them. “External use” does not mean an item is suitable for direct skin application, bathing, or use on animals. Follow the specific product label. Avoid smoke and fragrance exposure around anyone sensitive to them and around pets; use smoke-free alternatives where appropriate.
