Where the Whispers Began
Motherhood, marriage, crystals, and building something of my own.
I didn’t wake up one morning with a warehouse, a polished business plan, and some perfectly curated entrepreneurial origin story.
I had three kids, a husband, a busy house, a love for crystals, and an idea that kept getting louder.
I’m Jessica. I’m a wife, a mom of three, and the woman behind Earthbound Whispers.
Most of my days are filled with the usual chaos that comes with raising a family. School mornings. Missing shoes. Laundry that somehow multiplies overnight. Practices, appointments, meals, errands, dogs underfoot, and somebody always needing something at exactly the same time.
And I love being a mom.
It is one of the biggest, most important parts of who I am.
But somewhere in the middle of taking care of everyone else, I started feeling the pull to create something of my own too.
Something creative.
Something meaningful.
Something that could grow with me.
I have loved crystals for years, not just because they are beautiful, but because of the stories behind them. The geology. The history. The symbolism people have connected to them for generations. The fact that something can spend millions of years forming beneath the surface of the earth and somehow end up sitting in the palm of your hand.
There is something about that I have always found grounding.
Earthbound Whispers grew from that love, but also from a much simpler idea.
I wanted to create something that could give people a moment.
Five minutes of peace.
A reason to slow down.
A small ritual at the end of a long day.
A beautiful object that reminds you to pause, breathe, reset, celebrate something, release something, or simply do something kind for yourself.
Because life is loud.
Marriage is loud.
Motherhood is definitely loud.
And sometimes caring for yourself gets pushed so far down the list that it starts feeling optional.
I don’t believe it should be.
Earthbound Whispers is my way of creating those little moments while also building something I am deeply proud of.
I’m building this business between family life, late-night ideas, supplier boxes, school schedules, laundry piles, coffee, and approximately seventeen browser tabs open at any given time.
It is not glamorous every day.
Sometimes it is exciting.
Sometimes it is overwhelming.
Sometimes I stare at a spreadsheet and question every decision I have ever made.
But every time I see the pieces coming together, I remember why I started.
This is more than a crystal shop to me.
I want Earthbound Whispers to feel like an experience.
I want someone to open a package and feel like there was thought behind it.
I want the education side of the brand to matter just as much as the products themselves.
I want people to understand where their stones come from, how they form, the history surrounding them, and the traditional symbolism connected to them.
And I want this Journal to be part of that.
This will be a place for crystals, rituals, behind-the-scenes business chaos, motherhood, life, learning as I go, and probably a few stories about the things that go completely sideways along the way.
Because I don’t want Earthbound Whispers to feel like a faceless company.
It is being built by a real person, inside a real home, in the middle of a very real life.
And this is only the beginning.

And if you came here because the crystals called first, you can explore the Crystal Library.
For now, I’m just grateful you found your way here.
Welcome, kindred spirit.
Let’s see where the whispers lead.
